Right where you are, you are enough. Yes - right where you are, you are enough. Often times I get caught up in wanting to be better and to excel at everything I do and am involved in. It always get to the point of a meltdown because I feel like I am not where I want to be at all. If I fail at one thing, I end up thinking about everything else that I am not the best at, as well. It seems to be a never ending cycle. What I am learning now is not necessarily contentment, but instead - acceptance ...

Hello loves, I'm Megan! I blog at Graceful Beloved - 22-years-old and a co-leader of a young adults group. Fall Break
Last Thursday morning I woke up at 4:00 am to be on the road by 5:00 to head to Massachusetts for my fall break. It was a bit earlier than Michael and I both wanted to be up, but it was better than wasting the whole day away in the car. It was the most beautiful ride because we got to watch the sunrise and see the world when it is quiet. These photos were taken while we were driving through the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. This is one of the long stretches I look forward to ...
Mornings. // A Grateful Heart Linkup

If you had told me that one day I would enjoy mornings, I probably would've laughed. Well, here I am - enjoying mornings. It wasn't really my choice to become a morning person and for the longest time I denied that I was one. The whole waking up at 5:45 to be in work for 7:30 wasn't exactly my ideal way to start any day. It was hard to get into the routine of "real life" and to ...
Throwing It Back
Today I decided to do a fun throwback post since it's Thursday! Here are a variety of different photos of me from years past. Enjoy! My first dance competition number was a group jazz routine to the song He Loves Me, He Loves You Not. [Third grade] On the left is a picture of my uncle and I discussing my first band competition trip & on the left is my sister Bethany and I at picture day. It was my first year of pointe. [Sixth grade] I have been addicted to the internet since age 12 ...
Our New French Press
The other day Michael and I picked up a french press and we were very excited to use it. Monday evening we decided to use the french press and goodness, it was the most delicious cup of strong coffee that we had in awhile. We were both quite pleased. An evening out on the porch with a good cup of coffee was what we both needed, along with the company of a gentle breeze and each other's company. We are both extremely busy people, so it was nice to just sit on the porch and breathe for a ...
