Oh, wintertime. Whether you love the winter or hate it, the winter months can take a toll on all of us in many different ways. It can be a very physically and mentally challenging time of year.
You already know how passionate I am about self-care and that I’m always wanting to learn how to truly take care of myself in all seasons. You also know that I love encouraging you to do the same. 🙂
