It’s February, CWS fam! That means it’s BABY MONTH! Ah, I can’t believe it’s here already. Baby girl’s due date is in just 20 days from today… yep, craziness. While I have been heavily focused on preparing for her arrival, I have also been focusing on prioritizing self-care these last few weeks. Not only that, I’m trying my best to plan ahead by planning some simple self-care practice to incorporate into my new mama self-care routine.
Today, I’m teaming up with my friends at Babbleboxx and some great sponsors to share about some awesome products that I’m loving already and some that I can’t wait to give a try during the newborn days.
NEW MOM SELF-CARE MUST-HAVES:
Even though I have a couple of weeks left before baby girl’s arrival, I have already started using the nursing bras from Playtex that were sent to me. I received the Shaping Foam Underwire Bra and the Cross Over Sleep Bra set of 2. I love all of them! I actually already owned the exact same style of sleep bras, so I was ecstatic to add more to my wardrobe. They feature a Cool Comfort® fabric that helps to keep you cool – something I need!
I’m grateful that I get to work from home as a full-time blogger… one of the reasons being that I can get away with just wearing a sleep bra at home, haha. 🙂
The Shaping Foam Underwire Bra has a TruSupport® 4-way Support system which I know I’ll really benefit from even more when it comes to nursing my baby girl. The straps are extremely comfortable, the cups are deep, and there are higher sides and a wider back. The QuickStrap® clips are quick and easy to use to nursing anytime, anywhere.
Grab both of these at Kohl’s HERE!
I don’t know if I’ve mentioned it before or not, but I plan on exclusively breastfeeding my daughter as long as I can. That means I’m going to need Mustela’s Nursing Comfort Balm on-hand at all times. The Nursing Comfort Balm from Mustela is a soothing nipple cream that helps to keep skin comfortable while nursing. Not only does this nipple cream provide relief but it also helps to replenish and restore skin during and after breastfeeding.
It’s made with 100% naturally-derived ingredients and it’s also fragrance-free and dye-free.
I’ve got a PROMO code for ya! 🙂 Use code: COFFEE20 for 20% off Mustela’s entire website at MustelaUSA.com
This offer cannot be combined with any other offers. Offer valid at www.mustelausa.com only. Limit 1 per person. Offer expires February 28, 2020, 11:59 PM EST.
You all know how much I love coffee, so you can imagine how excited I am to try the Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods from UpSpring. I’m a huge fan of UpSpring and their products already, so I have high hopes for these lactation coffee pods. They are the first and only lactation coffee pods that contain the herbs Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. Both help to naturally promote breast milk supply!
These lactation coffee pods contain only 55mg of caffeine per serving and they’re also gluten-free, non-GMO, and Lactation Consultant recommended. The pods are 100% compostable, 100% plant-based and BPA-free.
You can grab the Upspring Milkflow Lactation Coffee Pods HERE or at Target in the baby aisle.
My skin has definitely taken a bit of a hit during my pregnancy. I wasn’t able to use many of my regular products that help to keep my skin clear, as well as products that were anti-aging. So, needless to say, my skin is going to need all of the EXTRA love and care it can get postpartum.
The LiftActiv Peptide-C Ampoule Serum from Vichy will be a huge part of my new mom skincare routine. This serum helps to supercharge your skin to restore radiance and reduce wrinkles. It’s formulated with only 10 ingredients and from the first use, the skin is firmer and more hydrated. Some of the hero ingredients are 10% Pure Vitamin C, Natural Origin Hyaluronic Acid, and Plant-Based Phyto Peptides. See here on how to use the serum.
Right now until February 14th, 2020, use code: VICHYBABBLE2020 for 15% off your order!
I also wanted to share about this incredible non-profit organization called Love Without Boundaries. They’re an international charity that provides hope and healing to orphaned and vulnerable children through education and refuge. “Every Child Counts” is their core belief and I back that 100%. They have ongoing programs all around the world but some locations are Cambodia, India, Uganda, and China. To check out more about LWB, visit their website here.
Right now you can download The Heart of an Orphan, by Amy Eldridge, for free to learn more about LWB’s story of love, hope, and healing.
To all my new mama friends out there, I hope you’ve been able to take away some great products to check out! I can’t wait to try everything. 😉 Let’s chat!
