Hello, beautiful friends! How are ya doing? It’s been a HOT minute since my last self-care post…
… But that doesn’t mean that I haven’t been practicing self-care. 😉 I have been! From becoming a new mama at the end of February to then having to stay inside for the past 4 months (and counting) due to quarantine, it has been a crazy season of life for me! I’m sure you can relate, due to everything going on in the world. I am a self-care advocate for all times, every season, and yes, every single day. We have all been going through A LOT the past few months so I thought it’d be fitting to do a little self-care challenge this month!

Even if you practice self-care on a daily basis (as you should), I think it’s great to push the “refocus” button every now and again on your self-care routine. Whether it’s simply time to change things up or time to try something completely new, self-care should never get boring. 🙂 Well, I’m a firm believer in that and I hope you can be, too.

- Make a list of realistic goals for the month
- Spend time outside
- Start a gratitude jar
- Declutter 1 room
- Go to bed early
- Create a new music playlist
- Take a long shower or hot bath
- Wear your favorite outfit
- Call or FaceTime a close friend
- Cook your favorite meal
- Pamper yourself – face mask, paint your nails, etc.
- Go for a long walk
- Unfollow negative social media accounts
- Try a new workout
- Create a list of 5 things you love about yourself
- Switch out coffee for tea
- Sit back, light wax candle melts, & relax
- Have a pajama day
- Make a fresh fruit smoothie
- No TV night
- Write 3 positive affirmations & stick them to your mirror
- Listen to your favorite song
- Declutter & organize your desktop
- Buy yourself flowers
- Put fresh sheets on your bed
- Declutter your living space
- Wear your favorite color
- Find a new podcast to listen to
- Make & enjoy fruit-infused water
- Minimize screen time
