Busy days, busy seasons… we all have them! It can be really hard to find time for yourself, especially when it comes to decompressing and resting. Self-care is an important part of taking care of your whole self, not just on the days where you need it most. It should become a natural part of your routine and yes, that includes those busy days! We all need quick self-care activities that we depend on during these times.
But, I totally get it. Sometimes it’s hard (and near impossible) to prioritize self-care because we can become so pressed for time.
To be honest, I’m in one of those seasons right now. Michael and I are about to move over the next couple of weeks and in addition to that moving stress, we also have a lot to deal with since we’ll be selling our first home. #Adulting… Packing, cleaning, more packing, and a million different transitions to figure out.
Oh, and we can’t forget that I’m also pregnant, which adds another level of craziness. (Good craziness! We’re so grateful.)

Since so many of us can be tight on time some days, I wanted to put together a long list of self-care ideas that take only 20 minutes or less to do. Are you ready for it?
