I don’t know about you, but this time of year, I can always use some extra focus on self-care. With the new year being in full swing and Valentine’s Day quickly approaching, now is the perfect time to really show yourself some love.
When I sense it’s time for me to focus on self-care a little extra than normal, sometimes I know exactly what I need to do. But, there are other times where I feel extremely lost in what to do. This is why it’s important to make sure that you’re in-check with the 5 dimensions of self-care regularly.

With Valentine’s Day coming up, I thought it’d be fitting to make February a self-care month for myself, and I’d love for YOU to join me on this journey. To make things flow nice and smooth, I have created a complete guide to the challenge for you to follow along with.
I believe that the key to any successful challenge is preparation. This is why I’m giving you this challenge a week before February starts. This gives you time to look the challenge over, grab items you might need, and move things around in your schedule if you have to.
