Before starting my wedding day series, I didn’t realize how long it would be! I mean, I knew we had a ton of wedding photos that I wanted to share, but I didn’t realize they’d take this long to share. Anyhow, I love sharing bits and pieces of my wedding day with you all. Someone even made the comment saying that they feel like they were at my wedding just because of the photos I’m sharing, which really made me happy to hear. Now it’s time for me to share my absolute favorite photos from our day – our husband and wife portraits.
One of the reasons why we chose to do a first look was so that we could get a good amount of photos taken together before the ceremony, which opened up more time for other photos after the ceremony.
The feelings of anticipation and joy were overwhelming in such a new way to me when we were getting our photos taken before the ceremony. We were both silly and giddy. I couldn’t believe that I was going to marry this handsome man in just a few short hours. Everything was just so exciting!!
These shots of us dancing are two of my all-time favorites from our day. They just really captured the peace and happiness I was feeling in those moments.

This coming Saturday will be 3 months of marriage already. Where did the time go? Our wedding day just feels like it was yesterday!
