My sweet Taya Joy turned 1 on Sunday, 2/21! I can’t believe I have a 1-year-old! It’s crazy how time flies. It’s like I blinked!
I could truly pour out my heart here and write a full-on book about Taya’s first year but some things are meant to be personal. I wrote a letter to Taya that I’ll give to her years and years from now when she grows up. I never realized how much of a sentimental person I am until I became a mama!
This last year has been the best year of my life but also one of the hardest years of my life. Being a first-time mama in a pandemic with no friends or family nearby has been so rough. It’s nothing I could have ever prepared for. Taya helped keep me happy, healthy, and sane during all of the craziness of 2020. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her! Taya has been our biggest blessing and everything God knew we needed!
