Hey there, lovelies! I feel as if I’ve been waiting forever to share this post! While I’m not a beauty blogger, I do love sharing the beauty products that I use and love with you all.
MY SPRING BEAUTY FAVORITES:
Today, I’ll be sharing some of my summertime beauty essentials with you. I’ll be sharing my favorite products in the departments of: skin care, makeup, nails, and hair care.
Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Cleanser // I have raved about Nip + Fab’s products for about a year now. Ever since being sent a PR package from them last summer, I have become a complete fan. Their Glycolic Fix line is some of my favorite products of theirs. This cleanser is deeply purifying for clear and radiant skin.
Sky Organics Dead Sea Mud Mask // You all know that I’m a huge face mask lover. It’s one of my go-to ways to de-stress and to relax. This Sky Organics Dead Sea Mud Mask is the first mud mask that I’ve ever used, and I love it. Though subtile, I can feel it working while it’s on my face, and after it’s washed off, my face feels deeply refreshed. If you’re looking for a mud mask, try this one!
The Body Shop’s Tea Tree Skin Clearing Facial Wash // This facial wash is amazing! It deeply cleanses blemish-prone skin and it removes impurities and excess oil. I started using this facial was (and the body wash) about 2 months ago and I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my skin.
Maybelline Fit Me! Matte & Poreless Foundation // A few months back, when I was on the hunt for a great liquid foundation, I ended up picking this one up for fun. I didn’t have high expectations, simply because it’s a drugstore foundation. But, Maybelline surprised me on this one! This matte & poreless liquid foundation is super great. I love the coverage I get from it and it truly does dry matte, which was a huge perk for me. It lasts the majority of the day, but starts to slowly fade around dinner time. I think it’s great for being a drugstore brand, and its price you simply can’t beat.
NYX HD Photo Concealer // This NYX Concealer works pretty well for its price and for what it says. It have a good medium coverage, but you have to layer it at least twice to achieve that. I love this concealer for an everyday look in the summertime, as it’s light and gets the job done. I recommend it if you’re someone who doesn’t like to use a ton of makeup to conceal any imperfections.
Physician’s Formula Butter Bronzer // Kristen from A Classy Fashionista recommended this bronzer in one of her most recent beauty posts. It was perfect timing, as I had just hit the pan of my last bronzer. This bronzer is worth the price for many reasons: it smells amazing, goes on smoothly, is the perfect shade, and it lasts all day long. I love the fact that it looks natural.
Smashbox Softlight Cover Shot Eye Palette // I know I’ve shared about this eyeshadow palette before, but I just can’t get enough. It has the most perfect champagne and rosey shades that are perfect for a gorgeous summertime look. These colors are subtle and stunning.
Maybelline’s Lash Sensational Mascara // This mascara is my holy grail mascara and I’ll keep on saying that! I have been using this for over 2 years now and can’t get enough of it. The waterproof version is perfect for the summertime! They also have a new version that just came out that I can’t wait to try. It’s their Lash Sensational Curvitude. As someone who has short lashes, I need all the curviness, length, and volume that I can get.
ColourPop Cosmetics Super Shock Shadow in “Sailor” // This was one of the first eyeshadows that I purchased from ColourPop and it’s definitely a summertime favorite. It’s a beautiful beige champagne shade that adds just the right amount of sparkle, as well.
LipSense Colors & Glosses // I love LipSense, and because I love it, I sell it! Some of my favorite shades for the summer so far are Pink Champagne and Dark Pink (left to right). I have some more colors coming in soon of more neutrals/pinks that’ll be amazing for this season, as well. For glosses, I’ve been loving Bougainvillea Gloss and Opal Gloss (left to right). Bougainvillea adds a subtle red/pink glitter to the color. Opal adds just what you’d expect – an opal effect on the color. It’s one of my favorites!
NAIL POLISH FAVORITES:
Essie in “Funships” // I love a coral shade in the summertime and this is the perfect one! It has a fun shimmer to it, and it makes me think of a mermaid, haha.
OPI in “Pamplona Purple” // This purple is so, so fun! It’s the most perfect vibrant plum polish.
Essie in “Taj-Ma-Haul” // This is a gorgeous marigold, apricot shade. It reminds me of a sunny day on the beach.
It’s a 10 Haircare is one of my all-time favorite haircare brands. I can always rely on them for great quality products that actually work to help keep your hair healthy. I love a ton of their products, but here are some of my top favorites.
Miracle Finishing Spray // Having a great hairspray is really important to me. The Miracle Finishing Spray has great hold and it’s flexible at the same time. It doesn’t leave your hair feeling stiff or crunchy; it does the exact opposite!
Miracle Leave-In Plus Keratin // It’s a 10 miracle leave-in treatments are some of their best products. They’re nourishing and they help make your hair stronger. It works on all hair types to bring out natural luster and manageability while also making hair stronger and healthier by replacing lost protein with every use.
Miracle Hair Mask // It’s a 10 Miracle Hair Mask is a simple-to-use, conditioning treatment made to enhance softness and smoothness. It’s flexible enough to be used as a daily conditioner and also intensive enough to be used as a periodic deep-conditioning treatment. It delivers unparalleled results for dry, damaged, or over-processed hair.
Five Minute Hair Repair For Blondes // This hair repair treatment is designed specifically to boost blonde hair by adding radiant shine and increased silkiness, while protecting from heat and UV rays. Talk about it being the perfect treatment during the summertime!
