CWS Happenings // Vol 20

Hey there, friends! How are you all? I hope you’re enjoying your summer and making the most of it! Michael and I both have today and tomorrow off – I am beyond thrilled that we finally have the same days off for once! I think we’ll be taking a day trip to the ocean today or tomorrow, so I’ll be quite a happy camper if so. There’s just something about the ocean that always soothes my soul and teaches me how to breathe again. Anyway, let’s get down to the happenings and the rest of the goodies!

HAPPENINGS //

– Michael and I celebrated our first year of marriage! Unfortunately, we didn’t end up visiting Niagara Falls as Michael was sick after his mission trip to the Dominican Republic. Instead, we wandered around Lancaster, PA while grabbing coffee at some of our favorite coffee shops.
– I visited home (Massachusetts) to see my family at the end of June and had a great visit. My younger sister, Corryn and I took our sister, Bethany to York, Maine to have a sister’s day in celebration of Bethany’s 21st birthday. The beach was insanely foggy, which made for some neat photos (one is shown below).
– When I was home, I also took a week break from blogging. Hence, why there isn’t much to recap as there usually is.
– Michael and I are watching Big Brother! Anyone else there love BB? We both wish we could get on the show someday, haha. We love it so much!
– My in-laws visited this weekend and Michael and I absolutely loved the time we got to spend with them. We’re hoping to get up to Rochester, NY to visit them and the rest of his family by the end of the summer.
– I’m in denial of the fact that my nanny kids go back to school in just a little over a month. I feel like they just got out for the summer.
– I got my 8th tattoo and I’ll be sharing about its meaning later this week.
– My Blog Sponsorship Program is running great since taking it all on my own!
